BRH expanded into Surrey when we were approached by a consortium interested in converting a family home into an HMO. BRH worked alongside the investors finding them the perfect property in Guildford and project managing all the construction work. The HMO was so successful that the house next door decided to convert as well and now BRH manages both HMOs.
