BRH Property Management’s CEO, Alex Brockman, grew up in Wimbledon, South London.
The driving force behind setting up the company was dealing with high street agents for his properties in South London. Constantly ending up having to do their work himself due to a lack of an acceptable solution to his tenants’ issues, he decided to cut out the middle man and manage his properties, which led to him gaining an in-depth understanding of the workings of the property management industry.
Initially, friends started asking Alex to take over the management of their properties, and from that point on, there’s been no looking back.
Over ten years since he took that step, he now runs a successful property management company based in London that also oversees the management of properties in Guildford and Aberdeen.

Before we met Alex from BRH, we thought all real estate agents in London were bad, the properties were not taken care of, issues reported but not fixed, or if they got fixed, it was months later. This changed when we met Alex. He made everything easy for us, any issue we reported got fixed very quickly, not only with our flat itself but with the whole property, Alex is someone who cares about the happiness of the tenants and the landlords. He cares about the properties he looks after. He has always been proactive, repainting the house, changing the carpet in the shared staircase… We had such a great relationship with Alex, we are lucky to count him as a friend. We would recommend him (and have done so) with our eyes closed. You will not be disappointed.
